this saturday august 7th was the Lake Worth It Music & Art Festival at Bryant Park Lake Worth. It was a full day of crafty friends, music and fun. For this festival my forest/ fort tent had some rad company of 3 friends. Liza with Gopi Bliss Apparel, Rose with Rose's Whimsical Garden and Angela who makes cute whale pillows (shops coming soon). We had fun taking bubble breaks, hoola hooping, and dancing. Rose packed the ultimate picnic. I snapped pictures of many of the crafty venfors and some of the bands that played at the festival you can see all of these on my facebook art page. It was the first annual festival and it is off to a great start. :)

travulous was fabulous at the bubble

july 23 was Thee itty bitty Blazer Gala -part II Travulous a fashion review – musical experience held at The Bubble IWAN gallery in Fort Lauderdale, FL. It was a really fun fashion/ music/ art event. Travulous was the fabulous host of the evening with a David Bowie like style. Travulous had some original songs for the event that were magical. For the fashion show the walks went to David Bowie songs, it was really fun. I have never done something like this but this was such a fun event i just had to do it. I was a little nervous to walk down a runway but the bubble is like my second home so that made it easier plus we had fun props like bubble guns, hoola hoops and masks. I am really glad i did it and i didn't trip. The models got awesome funky hair styles by Destiny Squillante and makeup/ body art by Keegan Hitchock. The designers for the clothes were Katty Muñoz, Verónica Ramírez and Maria Rivas. They are very talented young designers. I love the clothes they create and i am excited for more collections/ fashion shows from them in the future. The walls of The Bubble were also decorated with art from IWAN feature artists. next saturday August 7th i will be at Lake Worth It Music & Art Festival. come by if you are in this area! it will be a fun festival with great music and fun in downtown lake worth, florida. i will have a booth with my friend Rose (who does feather headbands and more) and the peace owl gang in a forest/ fort style booth. we will have face paint, bubbles, hoola hoops and more. come play. :)
